I got to the computer store and ultimately didn't have the heart to trade in my first gen iPad Pro. I'll send it in for a new battery, but I just love this tablet so much. Also I would have gotten very little for trade in lol

What even is this post. The iPad is NOW nearly 10. I do not have a 17 year old functioning iPad. I am just bad with grammar sometimes.

It still works perfectly, but the battery drains SUPER fast. Sigh.

WAIT nevermind I found the receipt, I bought it 7 years ago, and it was nearly 10 when I got it. Still! A long time for one tablet.

My super old iPad is now being wiped so I can trade it in. I'll miss it. I've had it for 11 years and bought it refurbished, so it's even older. And if it wasn't for the battery refusing to hold a charge, I'd keep using it. But I need something reliable to bring to class and take notes.

The recipe did call for nutritional yeast, but not chickpea flour. I'll keep that in mind!

Today I made seitan for the first time. It was interesting! I followed the instructions on the back of the vital wheat gluten package, and ended up with a VERY dense and chewy end product. Overall it was okay and I'll experiment with other recipes until I find something I and Mr Pickles both like.

What tipped me off is the camera angles. They don't make sense, you'd be able to see the cameras and/or divers in other shots. A lot of AI videos are entirely too cinematic.

My first peppermint harvest! This is from a plant that started barely 2" tall a month ago and is now out of control with new growth. Gonna have so much peppermint tea to drink. (Reminder to only plant mint in containers because it is insanely aggressive and WILL take over your entire garden)
