To state the obvious: for Mamdani, getting elected is the easy part.

A lot of the comments toward Mamdani calling him an anti-semite are quite islamophobic.

A tweet from Rep. Andy Ogles (@RepOgles) dated June 26, 2025, calls for Zohra Mamdani to be deported, describing him as "antisemitic, socialist, [and] communist" and claiming he will destroy New York City. The tweet states that Mamdani should be subject to denaturalization proceedings and includes a letter addressed to Attorney General Pam Bondi. The letter, on official congressional letterhead, outlines Ogles' request for an investigation into Mamdani's conduct and alleged misrepresentation during his naturalization process, citing concerns about national security and supposed affiliations with extremists.

Republican Congressman Andy Ogles has penned a letter to AG Pam Bondi calling for Zohran Mamdani to be denaturalized and deported.

But even then we don't really know how much, and we can't know if they really met this objective as they want us to always rely on the military's word.

One note here is that according to the officially announced objectives of the war, harming Iran's ballistic capability was the second objective of this war.

Regarding the government, it seems like I was wrong, but it's hard to say due to the fact that in times of war Israelis are recruited to the cause and sentiments of patriotism raise greatly.

It seems like I wasn't far off, the security apparatus definitely managed to salvage the situation. It doesn't mean that the wound is closed, but it means that today the way most Israelis view security is totally different from the way they used to view it more than a year ago.

Being smarter, being more understanding, being more focused and just filtering the noise.
I still don't have the time I need to fully commit or even partially commit. But I intended to set a goal, and learn what I think is crucial to learna and what I don't know yet is crucial to learn.

I am listening, watching, reading and talking politics, but I am doing it more calmly, not because I am less concerned or because things are less urgent. But because I know that my influence currently is limited, but at least I can take the time to obserb everything that's going on better.

It means, not hearing, not watching and not talking about it. Just focusing on managing the daily stress and trying to put politics to rest. Essentially, I took the black pill. I took it because there is too much shit to deal with, and we are deep into it.
But every now and then I can't overlook...

Living under war both, fearing for my loved ones and those who are most vurnable both here but especially in Gaza. Simultaneously getting a new job title and receiving 3 additional responsibilities, while not getting any raise in salary. All this made me skip politics all together.

Twitter has lost all the interesting people, and therefore what left of it are just a lot of hyper political statements and nonsensical arguments. So here I am
