The Turning Point USA Half Time show broken down into two minutes - the highs, the lows, the poor audio production and overuse of pyrotechnics. A 55-year-old man dancing around in shorts. It was everything and nothing all at once.
Much like the film Conclave depicts, the upcoming conclave has very real and potentially dire consequences far beyond what language is used in the liturgy. It is a Holy Civil War fighting for the very soul, should one still exist within it, of the largest Christian denomination.
See the problem here?
“The federal government reaching out to our personal cellphones to identify who is Jewish is incredibly sinister,” said Barnard associate professor Debbie Becher. “They are clearly targeting what most of the United States defines as freedom of speech, but only in the case of anti-Israeli speech.”
Jose Hermosillo was arrested on April 8 by CBP in Tucson and detained for 10 days. His family provided documentation proving his American citizenship, days after being taken into custody, according to court records and Department of Homeland Security assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
Look, the people who helped the Jews got sent to camps, too, so this stands to reason
Mississippi will observe Confederate Memorial Day on April 28, with state and local offices closing to commemorate the men who died fighting in rebellion against the United States in order to preserve the institution of human slavery.
Revere didn’t wait for the perfect plan. He didn’t file paperwork. He didn’t need mass approval. He mounted that horse on April 18, 1775, because he saw something coming — and knew silence was complicity.
If you're a reporter in a White House press briefing as the spokesperson for the government asserts flatly that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang who's guilty of human trafficking and you sit there silently without shouting out "PROVE IT!" I'd like to invite you to go fuck yourself.
Poll respondents agreed that a maximum security prison in El Salvador is an appropriate place to house a felon convicted on 34 counts.
Donald Trump is playing 3D chess. It was 4D chess, but it lost 25% of its value in three days.
Respondents emphasize that Abrego Garcia was improperly removed to El Sal- vador because, although he could be removed anywhere else in the world under a 2019 order of removal, that order granted statutory withholding of removal to El Sal- vador alone. But, while the United States concedes that removal to El Salvador was an administrative error, see App., infra, 60a, that does not license district courts to seize control over foreign relations, treat the Executive Branch as a subordinate dip- lomat, and demand that the United States let a member of a foreign terrorist organ- ization into America tonight. For starters, because MS-13 members such as Abrego Garcia have since been designated members of a foreign terrorist organization, they are no longer eligible for withholding of removal under 8 U.S.C. 1231(b)(3)(B). Fur- ther, the United States has ensured that aliens removed to CECOT in El Salvador will not be tortured, and it would not have removed any alien to El Salvador for such detention if doing so would violate its obligations under the Convention Against Tor- ture. Moreover, respondents treat the relief here as “routine,” Resp. C.A. Stay Opp. 1, but that relief goes far beyond merely facilitating an alien’s return, which is what courts have ordered in other cases. This order—and its demand to accomplish sensitive foreign negotiations post-haste, and effectuate Abrego Garcia’s return to- night—is unprecedented and indefensible.
If the Supreme Court decides that the government can "erroneously" disappear you off the street to a foreign torture prison, and that federal courts have no power to do anything about it, that is, in a meaningful way, Pretty Much It www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24...
Last night in my newsletter, I wrote about an important court case you probably haven't heard about. An Alabama group, the Yellowhammer Fund, helps women go to states where abortion is legal to obtain one. They sued the state's AG for threatening to prosecute joycevance.substack.com/p/a-case-to-...
he did this just *after* going to the funeral of an 8 year old girl.
he walks away from where the hearse is idling and immediately starts hyping this stuff again.

A win for truth and history: A National Park Service page(removed by Musk) on the Underground Railroad has been restored to prominently feature Harriet Tubman, after her image and quote were removed earlier this year. Now, her legacy as a fearless champion for freedom has rightfully been restored. ✊
If we’re deporting criminals does that mean we can deport him 34 times?
Hey TEXANS,
Get LOUD, get OUT, and demand change…👇

The Insurrection Act was last invoked in 1992 during the Rodney King riots. It’s meant to be used sparingly, not as a fallback plan when your approval ratings are drowning in sewage and your “border war” turns out to be a racist fever dream held together with chicken wire and Tucker Carlson’s tears.
Pundits hate simplicity. If something is simple you don’t have to have pundit expertise to explain it.
Trump Cabinet now has a public record as the stupidest Cabinet in history.
This isn’t complicated. They are stupid rich people. Any analysis that doesn’t begin with their stupidity is stupid.
