Maybe this makes me a communist, but I think they should have to file these reports before the election, not after.

Cis woman ally explaining why transgender women existing make her proud to be a woman

Cis woman ally explaining why transgender women existing make her proud to be a woman

I love this. I wish all cis women saw it this way. We love womanhood so much we gave up almost everything for it

I always find it weird when people ask for story telling not to involve politics... life is full of politics, politics is life.

You can't just ignore it and say "I won't be political", that in and of itself is already a political decision. Choosing to ignore some aspects of life is political.

Finally upgraded to iOS 26 since apple refuses to provide my device with iOS 18 security updates.

Liquid glass already pisses me off. How am I supposed to see the time here?

It's officially Denver's hottest March day on record.

85° at DIA (and downtown) = hottest March day in 154 years of official records.

And it'll be even hotter tomorrow and Saturday.

You might even be able to run it once you’re facing the bug only, in debug mode from xcode

Never seen this, but in your situation I would build a simple iOS app that can play videos to try and reproduce the issue with debug logs.

I’m on the 14 pro, haven’t had a single iPhone with case. Haven’t broken a single one, they never slipped off.

So, ok, you have the bravery to stand up to a line of tanks, to risk your physical body.

But do you have the bravery to stand up to social media pressure? To risk your reputation as a savvy insider? To stand up for unpopular groups? To *care* when caring is cringe?

It's not as much as them having different opinions,

but them not understanding questions,

or being like "I don't really have an opinion"

or more like "Which one is going to get me in trouble?"...

how can one trust these people?!

Might not actually be Death metal, I'm bad at knowing the subtleties, but that's the general idea.

In your case I think it went sideways when you asked

"What is David Albert's criticism of the Transactional Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics?"

Because it suggests it is well known that he has some criticism, and so the AI tried to make it work despite other conflicting data.

You can’t. AIs are probabilistic models, so you should use it to guide your research but not to do your research.

When writing software with it I thoroughly review everything it does and will guide it towards the right solution.

cherish my mom and dad for the rest of my life
I love you all

I will continue to spread the message about transgender people until the day I disappear

I will always remember, when I was 14 years old, our English teacher got us to listen to Metallica to practice our oral English comprehension.

I still suck understanding people singing, but fuck yeah for Nothing Else Matters.

Thief of $90M in seized U.S.-controlled crypto alleged to be government crypto contractor's son
Two crypto thieves decided to settle an argument over who was wealthier by screensharing as they transferred crypto between wallets to prove ownership. In doing so, one of them — known online as "Lick" — revealed a wallet address that crypto sleuth zachxbt quickly tied to the theft of around $90 million from US government wallets containing seized crypto assets, including a $20 million theft zachxbt reported in October 2024.
zachxbt has alleged that "Lick" is a man named John Daghita. After reporting Daghita's identity, "Lick" appeared to try to scrub his Telegram account, then dusted zachxbt's public crypto wallet from one of the theft addresses.

Daghitia is reportedly the son of Dean Daghita, the owner of Command Services & Support (CMDSS). In October 2024, CMDSS landed a contract with the US Marshals to manage seized crypto assets, which is still active. After zachxbt linked the younger Daghita to his father and CMDSS, CMDSS also scrubbed its online presence. Around that time, Lick began trolling zachxbt again, and later sent 0.6767 ETH (~$1,900) of the stolen funds to zachxbt. CMDSS' website boasts that they are "a proven provider of mission-critical services to the Department of Defense and Department of Justice".
