The Terra Ignota series into the Gormenghast series? Dang. That sounds marvellous. Love both. Terra Ignota is some of my favourite recent-ish scifi books. Side note, her historical novel Inventing the Renaissance was super eye opening. Loved it.

Finished “Nineteen Claws and a Black Bird” by Agustina Bazterrica. Deeply upset that I am unable to pull a new Bazterrica book off the shelf. Anyway, two thumbs up. I’m pretty sure these thumbs are mine and that they are indeed thumbs.
I’ve got the whole run in French and the two Fantagraphics books from a decade ago. Very excited for this new edition.
