In case you didn’t solve it: the trouble is that windows stores time in the rtc in local time, Linux uses utc.
I think I ended up reconfiguring Linux to use local time because Windows wasn’t reconfigurable enough
I’ve been so tempted to just go Mac to trade my windows problems for MacOS problems but way better hardware.
