No it doesn't... You can feel ashamed of your own wrongdoing even if no one else knows about it. As Kwame Anthony Appiah put it: shame is the flip side of honour. And honor is an informal code of what is decent and appropriate behaviour in a society. So we need to bring honour back!

In meinem Kopf entsteht gerade das Bild wie eine große Zahl von Entscheidungen in Schlange ansteht, und darauf wartet, dass der Behördenschalter öffnet... Ich glaube, dieses Bild ist Recht passend für den Zustand des Landes.
