Well, the last year & 1/2 has been a bit rough. My essential tremor has worsened. My grief over it has contributed to some recent bouts of depression.😞

My spouse’s current go-to breakfast is Grape-Nuts with sliced bananas. Today when I cleaned up the breakfast dishes, I realized that not only do I loathe eating Grape-Nuts (they remind me of aquarium gravel), I also despise the way they smell when they’re wet. Ugh.🤢

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: When I returned to the bank for my 3:30 appointment, I met with a kind customer service rep who filed a dispute for me. The missing $ was provisionally credited to my account. There will be an investigation, but when the ATM cash is reconciled, my $ should show up as excess.🙂

UPDATE: I took an hour & 15 minutes of vacation time to visit my bank this morning, but the person who needs to handle this issue already had an appointment booked with another customer. I couldn’t stay because I had an important work meeting at 10:00. I made an appointment to go back at 3:30.😐
Well, there’s no record of my deposit in my email & my balance didn’t change. I’m going to be mighty PISSED if I don’t get my money back today, though. I need to have that deposit credited so I can make my student loan payment by the due date, which is today. I don’t want to f* up my PSLF.

Fecking ATM just stole $260 of my cash, so now I get to burn vacation time to go to the bank this morning & deal with this mess. The ATM didn’t give me a receipt, but its security cam will have video evidence of me shaking my fist & yelling, “WHAT THE F*CK DID YOU WITH MY MONEY, YOU PIECE OF SH*T?!”

So… gas prices have skyrocketed in the last month, and grocery prices just keep climbing.😩
But my monthly student loan payment is holding steady — at almost double the cost of my mortgage payment. So there’s that.🙃
