Yesterday’s trip cracked something open in me spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally. It was like the world pulled back a veil and I saw truth in places I’d never looked. I’m walking away lighter, but carrying so much more that matters.

Why is it always when I am by a river???

It is very rare that I get to see the sunrise or the moonrise. I happened to be on the very first ferry to the island yesterday and on the very last ferry home. I was blessed with both the sunrise as well as an incredible moon rise coupled with a breathtaking sunset.

The sun ripens what we planted long ago. Lughnasadh is here, the first harvest. Harvest Blessings to you all 🌽
