don't know why soundcloud, just had the soundcloud vibes lately
so i uploaded some ambient or metal or whatever footage by one of Lisbon bands with my participation, enjoy

so i made a track yesterday. used ableton move as a controller for live 12. might look kinda boring though my hands are cool and track is also fine, gotta work on it a bit more anyway

also don't know what i expected to see considering the Oranssi Pazuzu music — a new year comedy of what
so i just texted a friend and told him he shouldn't watch this exact video with this exact song by this exact band
so i just watched a horror music video by Oranssi Pazuzu, and it fucking scared me, so now i got a dilemma — i don't want to recommend it to anyone (at night at least) but also want to discuss it
never trust concert promoters, squatters, punks, anarchists, indie guys, label managers, business guys, fellow musicians, bosses, colleagues, old lady on the street, and - now - your own belt and pants
literally trust-no-one and trust-nothing situation. i never thought that closes can fuck up a gig, but now i know
show wasn't ruined at all, it was cool, but i have never faced such problem before, and i've been doing diy gigs for my entire life actually
and my belt buckle broke during the second song, and i played the entire set with my pants falling off
we arrived on time. guys with the gear arrived on time. i slept well. i was sober and in a good mood. soundcheck was on time. sound was really good. there were people listening to us. the gig started on time, and the people at the venue were really nice
so a lot of funny things happened (even though in the moment it was totally no fun). but this gig happened tonight was something new
i had to play some industrial music because my drummer forgot a kick pedal, couldn't get another one, and played kick drum with sticks in a tribal way. we waited for him while he was looking for pedal doing drones for like 30 minutes, so it was 100% industrial esoteric swans shit
i saw people mounting light at open-air festival at night, because probably it was the first night in their area, nobody expected it will get dark
so as a person truly in love with music and involved into diy scene, punkrock, noise, etc, i'm used to different shit
hit like if you believe in total superiority of this one
Which is actually a good company, and I didn’t mention a lot more artists
Number one sign of getting old: you start liking the sound of piano. Not prepared piano or whatever, just the plain piano sound. If you like it, you’re fucked, now you are a part of Nick Cave, Arab Strap and Amanda Palmer universe
the problem is that having a job doesn't mean being beautiful, most of time i don't even use my laptop camera, and this is a reason i still have to do artist stuff sometimes
i have less time to complain in this case. like 40% working and beautiful 10-20% for each other side of being-an-artist-bullshit
seems like being an artist is mostly about complaining. you spend at least 50% of your time complaining, 20% dealing with organising stuff, arranging gear and logistics, 10% performing, 10% being wasted (can be a part of performance), 10% sleeping. so yeah i like to have a full-time job for real

also earbuds music kills non-earbud people, the amount of high frequencies is truly PAINFUL if musicians (especially guitar players, especially jazzmaster/jaguar owners) use these things and you don't
people are lucky that i don't use earbuds because otherwise i wouldn't understand how loud i am and it would be even louder.
also people are lucky that since i don't use earbuds the sound terror probably won't last that long
so my current goal for now is finding this sweet spot where sound makes your clothes move and your years don't start to bleed
