I appreciated the PMs words. It is way past time to stand up to the deranged bully to the south. It is a weakness to trust and rely too much on someone who is not worthy of that trust. We need to move on.

Trump Keeps Trying to Pressure Ukraine. Zelensky Doesn’t Care. The American president is trying to use leverage he doesn’t have.

Trump’s lead negotiator, Steve Witkoff, has visited Moscow seven times yet never traveled to Kyiv. For some reason, the Trump administration isn't playing its cards against Vladimir Putin.

@marcelias.bsky.social is right.

We can't let up, not even for a moment, until the job is done.

Why waste valuable fuel. Just have a zoom meeting. We all know there won’t be a deal made anyway🤨

Kids should want to go to school, if for no other reason than to be with their friends. I don’t understand this absenteeism. Covid really screwed our system up. It weakened accepted practise of mandatory pupil attendance and the school boards authority to enforce it.

Is this “two week deadline or else” a thing with the current American ruler? We see how well it has worked with other countries. We cant wait for the ultimate TACO Tuesday.

While the Ford government’s neglect of Ontario’s priorities, and wasting billions of tax dollars on spas, tunnel visions & private jets should be bad enough, don’t forget they remain under criminal investigation by the RCMP. We cannot allow them to hide from accountability.

Peter Schiff: The most likely explanation for Trump's Truth Social lies about Iran on Friday, is market manipulation. If so, Trump insiders must have made billions. The next likely possibility is that Trump is either delusional, incompetent, or a combination of both. Either way it's not good.

Funny, not funny, but I find that humans behaviour is beyond disgusting. The long term repercussions for your country on the international stage have been irrevocably damaged.

You always have to pay attention to what is actually happening, not what Trump says is happening. Because Trump lies about everything. Too often media serves as Trump’s daily stenographer, passing along his propaganda verbatim.

Nope. The 🍊🤡 is a narcissist whose only concern is for himself. He can spin any fallout to make himself the victim of some leftwing conspiracy and his peanut brained followers will lap it up.

Opinion | Trump Is in Over His Head Trump is in over his head.

In @nytopinion.nytimes.com

President Trump “stands less as an example and more as a cautionary tale of what happens when we embrace unaccountable, unilateral authority,” our columnist Jamelle Bouie writes.

The Shallow State: So many Trump voters know they got it wrong. They feel the cognitive dissonance. But cognitive dissonance is a real bitch. It fights to vanquish the conflict as an intrusion, to keep you addicted to a faulty world view. For most, it creates rationalizations before resolutions.

Yup, a “body blow” to Conservative Party leadership. I’ll give you a hint as to why - it’s your leader. He is unworthy to lead this country into the future.

Get up, stand up, stand up for Canada.

"This is not the time for half-measures, for staying quiet, or for keeping your powder dry. Use that powder. You can be sure the people on the other side — and especially the ones enabling and amplifying their arguments online — are going to be using theirs."

As I just said on radio Ford government is showing disturbing pattern of authoritarian behaviour with appointing regional chairs with power over elected mayors and supervisors over elected school trustees. I hope this is not an attempt at media censorship. Here’s my comments omny.fm/shows/newstalk…
