I do still keep in touch with some I've known almost that long too, I just think about some of them that either went offline, changed aliases, ect. Like what if I ran into them scrolling one day and didnt even realize it cuz their art has changed so much, or they go by different usernames

Not to get weirdly melancholy out of nowhere on here but there are so, so many artists I met 20 years ago online that I have no way of ever finding again because of finding them on obscure oekakis and irc servers that are long gone... Some of which I still have art saved! I hope they are well 🥺
