Ethics question: If you find plagiarism in a textbook (written by an established scholar in a reputable university), what do you do? Do you notify the publisher and the university, or just the publisher?

I wondered if that was the case, but it’s a pity that it hides the way that αδελφοί for the Gentiles mirrors the αδελφοί used to refer to the elders, highlighting the newly ratified unity between Jewish and Gentile believers.

Lecturing on Acts last night, I was discussing the recognition of Gentiles as "brothers" in Acts 15:23. A student commented that the NIV doesn't describe the Gentiles as "brothers" but as "believers". The Greek has "τοῖς... ἀδελφοῖς ἐξ ἐθνῶν". Anyone know why the NIV went with "believers"?
