i think a lot of gen 1 hate is sort of justified because gamefreak fellates it nonstop but they're just. good games. really good games. insanely impressive for the gameboy

gen 1 is so underrated with just a few small tweaks it's be higher. it really only needs a catch indicator in battle and easier box management

i think everytime i go through a big pokémon phase like right now i remake this tier list and it looks wildly different everytime
