I'm at that age where annual medical checkups are important. And with that said, last year, I had my first colonoscopy, it was a quick and easy procedure.

Sometimes when I talk to men I know about the procedure, they say things like "I'm not letting no doctor stick something up my @$$"

I plan to attend.
