Just had a fantastic presentation from @bcpolicy.bsky.social about BC's economy and the fact that we have a revenue problem rather than a spending one. Spending compared to inflation and GDP is relatively flat across the last 25 years while revenue has dropped by nearly 5%. Was v. fascinating!

Actual day 1 of #olasc25 (yesterday was day 0). Started the morning with CyberLegends, KnowledgeFlow and ICTC talking about free, Canadian Cyber Security education developed by educators for educators. Now on to the annual Best Bets, one of my favorites. Time to learn about amazing books.
