Pure and simple, the Habs played that OT like the youngest team in the league, waiting for their opportunities to come to them.
Tampa played like the NOT youngest team in the league, and decided to chase down their opportunities.

Ed Miliband today: "The era of fossil fuel security is over and the era of clean energy security must come of age....To ignore two crises in less than five years would be completely irresponsible… our action must now be faster deeper and more wide ranging.”
ABS over time will train umpires to be better, and remove their "personal style." Umpires shouldn't be biased toward a certain part of the plate because "that's how he calls the game."
If anything, teams need more challenges (2/inning?) so they won't be afraid to use them early in a game.
"When a player makes contact with his stick on an opponent’s neck, face or head... so that injury results, the Referee shall assess a double-minor penalty."
Guhle didn't make contact, as his stick was involuntarily moved by the actions of an opposing player.
The Brits appear ready to shame the US news media into covering this, distracted as they are by gazing at their own navels ...
When a sitting U.S. president makes insulting remarks about Canada and threatens its sovereignty, I’ll criticize the United States and its administration if I bloody well please. What happens in that country has a big impact in the world, so no, I won’t “stay in my own lane.”
If the actions of another player cause the high stick, a penalty shall not be imposed. The contact from the interference of another player is what caused the high stick, so the referee would have been correct in not penalizing Guhle.

I have no idea how they could look at the replay and not see that it was the contact due to the interference penalty that caused the high stick.
You can't assume, "well it was going to be a high stick anyway"... per the rule, either the contact caused it, or it didn't.

I am very excited to begin an exclusive ten-part series for A Letter from a Maritimer about my cross-Canada trip.
I will be covering one province a week.

Ironically, a lot of the road signs in the test were designed without words on them to help people who couldn't read to understand the rules of the road.
A peer-reviewed study finds renewables are ~53% cheaper than nuclear when full system costs—grid, storage, integration—are included. Using a Denmark model, solar and wind delivered power at ~€46/MWh, less than half nuclear’s cost in the same system.
There’s no routine screening for pancreatic cancer, most cases aren’t operable, and the five year survival rate after diagnosis is around 13%. It’s a traumatic news.
But new personalized mRNA immunotherapy is showing encouraging results in Phase 1 clinical trials.

PM Carney - "There are some who say there's no need for a comprehensive plan. They believe we should wait it out in the hope that the United States will return to normal. That the good old days will come back. But hope isn't a plan and nostalgia is not a strategy." #cdnpoli
