Great news! We have access to our new server and have begun setting it up!

Expect a few more days of downtime as we finish the rebuild and transfer of data.

We appreciate all the kind words and support sent our way so far. Thanks again for sticking with us!

We're still waiting on our new server to be setup by our host. Not sure when we'll be able to get our hands on it at this point.

In better news, we were able to test restoring and setting up the site again, so we should be good to go whenever the server is ready and files get transferred.

Old server is toast. Boot/database drives gave up on us. I'm prepping to restore to a new server from backups. The new server might not be delivered for the next few days. Once it is, I'm expecting a few more days to a week or so to restore everything.

Drive failure confirmed. Going to see if we can get a replacement disk and see if the RAID will rebuild. Both drives in the main array are in bad shape tho.

If it does, we might keep the site in a pseudo 'read only' mode until the new server is ready. That will make migration just a bit easier.

Currently waiting to see if support is able to do anything, but I'm planning on needing to build a new server.

A new order has been placed, but it might take a day or two to get our hands on it. After that, the restore can start. If this is how it goes, expect a few days of downtime.

Sorry for the downtime. Investigating possible hardware/disk failure.
