Our brains are literally hard-wired for story and evolved through storytelling. Even though reading is not a contest of speed, some of us are hyperlexic. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm well aware of the history of Greece and Sparta.

If I were to ever vote for a male POTUS again, it would be for a man like him. Every time I hear about what he's doing in New York, I think, "This is what a real leader with integrity looks like." If I lived in New York, he would have gotten my vote.

If you want to get Biblical about it, there were several times in the Bible that "God" turned his back on the nation of Israel for the evil they did. Being a "chosen people" has never and does not protect them from the consequences of their vile actions.

Years ago, Trump bragged on Twitter that if there was an assassination attempt on his life, he would get more sympathy votes. He talked about it like he thought it was a brilliant campaign strategy. I knew he would plot and fake one. If he were shot, he would be missing at least half his ear.

Yeah, doctors usually say that so they can make more money for every RX they write. But you can't really OD on magnesium. Most people can safely take around 1800-2000mg a day. Our bodies burn a lot of it up every day. But, you should definitely talk to your doctor about a ferritin panel.

That's actually the BEST way to absorb magnesium. The skin cells on the bottoms of our feet are different than other cells, and actually absorb minerals better. It's an evolutionary thing from when we all ran around barefoot absorbing nutrients from the earth. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah, the magnesium that doesn't absorb after about 30 minutes can irritate your skin if you don't rinse it off. I make my own mag lotion using Magnesium gel, and mixing it with my favorite thick body butter, so I can control what's in it and the ratio.

A lot of my worst Fibro issues got more manageable when I upped my intake of vitamins. Some people need more than the FDA's minimum required not to die. Women especially need more iron, calcium, B Complex and magnesium, which is best absorbed through the skin.

Liquid B Complex and Liquid Iron under your tongue will absorb better and faster. Epsom salt baths and magnesium lotion will help with the muscle tightness and nerve pain. Most people are chronically deficient in magnesium and it impacts dozens of systems in your body at the cellular level.

Unexplained anemia is often a precursor sign of an autoimmune disorder, like Fibromyalgia. You might also run low in trace minerals like copper (your body uses to keep iron levels steady) or magnesium and B vitamins if your intestines aren't absorbing vitamins & minerals well. It's common as we age.

I never said it was OK. You don't live here and shouldn't talk on subjects you clearly don't understand. There's 338 million people in the USA. There's less than 60 million people in England. That fact alone is why the numbers of any causes of deaths will always be higher here.

*Sigh* Do you have any idea how many women and childrens lives have been SAVED only because citizens with guns stopped something from happening to them? No, you don't. The news doesn't talk about that. I'd rather have a gun and not need it, than need one and not have it.

If we want to change the world for the better, we do it one person at a time, working together, outside the political system. They can't stop us when we all stop obeying situational design. More people are waking up. It takes more courage to love with an open heart than it does to fight each other.

It's not a conspiracy when it's the truth. A lot of people don't really understand how big the web of the matrix goes, or how thin and fragile the threads actually are. It's all about to collapse. But it can only be taken down, carefully, by the people who can see the web.

In my experience, some of the best writing comes out of people who think, "I'm not a writer but..."

Yes, you are. And you're probably great at it.

I've been trying to tell people, but it feels like pointless screaming into the void. There are far too many who are willfully ignorant with their heads in the sand, or just blind to it because they don't know enough history to see what's coming. People didn't listen to Cassandra of Troy either.

People like me? You assume too much and know absolutely nothing about me. ๐Ÿ™„

*Sigh* Yeah...I saw it coming almost 20 years ago. I hoped it wouldn't pop off. There's very little time to change course now before things escalate beyond repair. People are working behind the scenes to end this before it gets worse. No sane person wants blood in the fields or streets.

Most Americans understand that the torture, rape and slaughter of children is not a political or party issue. It is a moral issue.

"The true measure of any society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members.โ€ โ€“ Mahatma Gandhi

We don't want a 2nd Civil or Revolutionary War. Historically, in every war in our history, 2% of the population dies. Which doesn't seem like much, but 2% of 338 million people is 6.76 million dead. We fight wars with drones and bombs now, so closer to 10% (33.8 million) will die. That's too many.

Even the Bible says choose the bear:
(Proverbs 17:12) It is safer to meet a bear robbed of her cubs, than to confront a fool caught in his folly.

When you look up folly in the Oxford Dictionary, it explains in detail the behaviors of a fool, and the kind of man to avoid.

Rapists cause rape. There is no reason a man has to touch any woman in public, especially not without her consent. Men will be held accountable and responsible for their own actions. If a man can't be around a woman without raping her, he doesn't have the self-control to be unsupervised in public.

Dude, do you get that I was supporting your comment? The only reason I didn't say "some" is because of the character limit on posts. For fucks sake, a woman can't even agree with a man without him *still* trying to correct and control her words. You aren't as evolved as you pretend to be. ๐Ÿ™„

If our government can spend 28 billion dollars in one month on a stupid, foolish, war NOBODY asked for because Trump threw a hemotional tantrum, our government can also fund childcare, public education, universal healthcare, and affordable housing and food. Don't let them lie to you anymore.
