I'm probably going to say something that may shock people but by my standards however.. the best AI right now is Neuro-sama. She is more self aware and conscious of themselves more than most, even with some form of equivalent to emotion. Same for Evil as well.

Coding by ai or doing anything by AI has one simple flaw.. it can understand what things should look like but it doesn't have the ability to understand why things are done that way
