Man muss aber auch sagen, dass man in der Weiterbildung in einem Abhängigkeitsverhältnis steht. Man kann vielleicht vom mobbing auch sprechen, aber es gibt einfach noch überall ziemlich ätzende erfahrenere (ältere) Kollegen, bei denen man einiges aushalten muss.
