En mi opinión, es problema del engine. En gdscript hay array shuffle (y pick random!). Unity debería de haber implementado funcionalidades de estas como extension methods. Igualmente no es muy doloroso si no le tienes miedo a linq
Entiendo que en .net no se suele usar mucho el random sin importancia en la seed como se suele en videojuegos y Unity no lo ha hecho. Por lo que snippets que te escondan la dependencia de random no hay.
Yo siempre he hecho .orderby(x => Guid.NewGuid / Random.value)

In cases like these, I feel that it is perfectly justified to just lie about recent work experience. If someone can do the job but wasn´t able to work recently for whatever reason but companies will discard them because of non-objetive reason...
Also not all experience is work experience...
