also people like this in general is what break communities, im following an artist to hopefully be friends sometimes and talk abt fandom but now people dont bother interacting cause bad experiences (which is valid)

its common in many fandoms but ive seen it the most in sonic fandom from my experience idk why people are like this

ngl its cause of this I dont even wanna talk about sonic or anything, Id rather enjoy it with my sister, the fandom makes me feel so much FOMO, and if u dont talk about it or anything u get a cold shoulder its like im not allowed to like other stuff

the comms ive been getting has also been helping me improve my art I find my mistakes more and Im trying to figure out rendering and more nice colors idk but its been fun

drawing lately has become more of a job, in a way it sucks only because I draw so slow, but in the other hand im so thankful it helps me lock in and distract from doing anything harmful to myself, the past month ive been crashing out and instead of SH or anything I went straight to drawing
