I’ve come to realize that spending time nude is apart of my self care routine and it’s a non negotiable! If you catch me grumpy chances are I’ve been in clothes too long.

I love nudism and everything it has to offer the body. Last year, I set the goal to spark conversation daily about nudism and now it’s a common topic among most people connected to me. I love that the idea of existing naked isn’t as taboo in my circles as it used to be.
