St. Patrick’s day took over taco Tuesday yesterday with these “Irish” tacos - Flour tortillas, mashed potatoes, Impossible meat seasoned like corned beef, and Kerrygold Reserve cheddar, pickled cabbage. Slainte! (Which I’m allowed to say because of the Bushmill’s Black that accompanied the meal.)
I was really torn between The Opposites Game, by Brendan Constantine, the one with the picture of the bunny on it, and Alpha Pussy! (I went with The Opposites Game, and I think you should too.)
Years of intense language study led me to be able to read this book as written.
