📖 ✈️ The book follows encounters between global #Tamil diaspora organisers and activists with the forces of power that variably engage, control and repress their mobilization after the end of the Sri Lankan civil war - from states, to global bureaucracies, to securitizing discourses and beyond.
🌀 🕸️ The book develops an innovative #relational approach to understanding the politics of diaspora governance in #practice, including through a novel "ethnography of entanglements" methodology.
