Our friend has been out of work for months due to a heart procedure. Today, he returned to work. What a blessing & we're so happy he is better. We talked to him all along but I sent him a text today saying YAY! 😁 I didn't want to overwhelm him because so many people will be excited to see him. 🥹

I don’t eat fast, I jog or walk. Sitting in silence and enjoying a coffee in the dark is a perfect way to start my days off. Slow down, think it through, pace yourself.
I’ve realized that with age I’ve slowed down. I try not to rush anything. I will let multiple cars go by so I don’t have to jog or hurry through the crosswalk. I sit on decisions for a day or two now instead of being impulsive and paying for it later.

I know I have been railing about season 2 of Daredevil Born Again thus far but episode 4 was decent. I just don't really care about the storyline or any dialogue from the peripheral characters. Stick to the main characters & fight scenes. LOL!
