albums. They are both incredible. We played a show with Nick at the Cube in Bristol in '03 and invited him fly back here to tour with us on the US East Coast the following month, also with Fursaxa. He was a solid dude, funny, super clever and so incredibly talented. I miss him. He made fun of me 🧵

we were introduced by Jen Turrell (daughter of artist James Turrell !) who lived in Philly in early 00s. My previous folk band The Iditarod (we were based in Rhode Island) had done a split 7" with her on Dutch Courage Records. She ran a label called Red Square + released the 1st + 2nd Gravenhurst 🧵

One time, my old band played a show in DC like 94 or 95 ish, I dunno which show it was - since being a Baltimore band we played in DC a lot. Anyway, this particular one was real crappy, hardly any audience, lots of chatter. But after, Ian Mackaye came up + said he loved my guitar playing. ❤️ HBD dood

Welp , sad to say that “Astral Flora” LPs will be a bit delayed. I was told to expect them end of March, which is why I put a ship date of April 10. But still no records. Pressing plant today said: “current world events have caused issues with supply chains and shipping/procurement of necessary materials that have put things a little behind” Hmm, ok - so PVC pellets are stuck in the Strait Of Hormuz I guess ?? Thanks a lot Obama.
