The same lesson can be applied to Back To The Future, Twelve Monkeys, and every time travel film ever made, in fact.
Luis Cardinal, immediately after shooting Skinner. (The X-Files 3X15 'Piper Maru')
Chupa dura, amigo!
(Yes, I know this is not the same person, but his facial expression reminded me of him).

The series was fantastic too. I would love to buy the Blu Ray set, but it seems to be out of print now, and the one seller I've seen on Amazon that has it is asking for more than €200 including postage, which is ridiculous. There is a German version available though, so I might get that for now.
I've found that a lot of my favourite things ( be it music, movies or games) are generally ones I disliked initially. If I like something immediately, I'm usually bored of it within a few days, but if it takes some time (and work) to appreciate, it lasts much longer for me.
Excellent! Blue Prince was my favourite game of last year, and I still play it occasionally, trying to uncover the last couple of secrets within. He absolutely deserves this.
Been listening to a lot of Clannad over the last few days. Just got this new 2CD edition of Legend today, and am playing it now. RIP Moya Brennan.
The best album track is 'Seconds' though. It's sublime.
Circus Of Death. (Yes, I know it's a b-side, but it is brilliant).

Did you have to put on your red shoes and dance the blues to use it though?
How about US invasion of Iraq, US invasion of Afghanistan, US invasion of Vietnam etc? It distinguishes between them, and portrays the US as the bellicose scumbags they truly are.
Me too. I used to watch it all the time back in the early 80s. Insanely funny.
What is an older TV show that still makes you laugh? 📺
I was talking about Get Smart here not too long ago, so I will go with that. I rewatched a few episodes about a decade and a half ago, and it's still side-splittingly hilarious. 🤣
It doesn't look like it would survive a gentle breeze without ending up in a garden three villages away. 😜
Me too. It was very uncomfortable.
🤣
Just as long as you didn't put laxatives in it. 🤪
Dr. McCoy, attempting to heal Captain Kirk, shouting "Dammit Jum. I'm a doctor not a messiah!", while the rest of the crew looks on.
🤣
... remaining ones were incredibly difficult, so I gave up and tried 2 instead. But only for about 20 minutes as I was a bit burned out from 1 and really not in the mood.
I might give the 3rd game a go again, but after I finish Disco Elysium first.
The controls in the first game were quite awkward. I had to press the mouse wheel to perform most actions IIRC, including movement and combat. I made it to the very end of the game, but found I wasn't strong enough to finish it. I tried going back and finishing some earlier quests but the only...
Now we know where Magical Trevor sent the cow...
Featuring the wonderful Elizabeth Fraser (Cocteau Twins / Massive Attack) on vocals.
That's one of the best soundtrack albums of the 90s.
Cool. I just remembered that I got the Gwent game on GOG several years but never played it. I must try it.
Shockingly, I never played The Witcher 3 either. I got very close to the end of the first game, and made a start on 2 before getting distracted by something else. One day I will get to it.
#NowPlaying Clannad - Macalla
Last one of the night, and featuring the absolutely wonderful 'In A Lifetime', one of their greatest songs.
I noticed earlier that there's a 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition available too. I ordered it and it should be here tomorrow.
#NowPlaying Clannad - Legend
I remember really liking Robin of Sherwood when I was a child, and I think was the first time I properly "noticed" Clannad. I must see if I can get the series on Blu Ray. It would be great to see it again.
Clannad - Magical Ring (1983)
Having a Clannad evening, in honour of the wonderful Máire Ní Bhraonáin. She will be missed by everyone.
First up, Magical Ring.
