- Sonic, smirking at an off-panel Ivan still, reaches a single hand out behind his head as he sails through the air to grab hold of a jungle vine. - Sonic is now using the vine and his own momentum from getting thrown to swing himself back over in the direction of the train. SONIC: Tsk tsk! SONIC: All power, no precision! - Back on the train, Sonic uses both his feet to kick Ivan in the face. SONIC: Knux’ll love knowing there’s a bozo out here with worse aim than him. SONIC: Someone to give the guy a run for his – - Ivan swings a wild and furious punch at Sonic, who backflips off of Ivan before he’s hit. SONIC: Whoop! IVAN: Nrargh! IVAN: Why are you on train?! IVAN: Why are you in Station Square?! - Sonic does a three point landing on top of one of the train seats, shrugging, grinning, and raising a brow at Ivan, who is now off-panel. SONIC: To help with all the damage those earthquakes did? SONIC: And hey, I just like trains, dude! Nothing wrong with that!

Shadow is about to eat a spoonful of coffee beans from a bowl-shaped coffee cup, mouth open, seconds from taking a bite. A G.U.N. soldier with a hockey mask and a machete appears behind Shadow, arms flailing. Shadow closes his mouth and doesn’t even look behind him. Looks unamused. SOLDIER: BlaAarhagh! SHADOW: Is there a reason you’re interrupting my breakfast, Private Campbell? Campbell’s shoulders are now sagging and he looks sad. Shadow has turned around to sit on the table bench saddle-like so he can look at Campbell directly, left arm resting on the table while holding the coffee cup. SOLDIER: I… I was trying to scare you. SHADOW: You think I’m afraid of hockey players? SOLDIER: No – I mean – It’s Friday the 13th – SHADOW: What does that have to do with hockey? Zoom out to reveal Rouge and Omega were sitting across the table from Shadow this whole time. Rouge looks amused in front of her plate of toast and fruit. Campbell sags his head away from the group, crying fat comical tears. Shadow presses the cup of beans to his lips like he’s slurping it. ROUGE: Give it a rest, Zach, He’s from the 50s. SHADOW: That machete is against regulations.

"I hope you'll like this one, then-- It's one of my favorite teas!" Bright little smile later and she's bustling around for a few moments as she prepares the teapot, turning the stove on for it shortly after before checking for scones, humming...

"I'll start the tea right now! Do you have any preferences on flavor? Bitter? Sweet? Do you like milk in it? Sugar?

. . . Sorry-- I just want to make sure I cover everything, heh..."

She's more than happy to keep the door open for him! And once he's inside, she shuts it behind them, quick to scuttle to the large kitchen to the right. The interior of the home was akin to cottagecore, fairy lights lit up on the walls, plants aplenty around the windows, as stated earlier. —

"Thank you! It's got a lot of plants inside, though... Fair warning-- Heh.

I get that. But I also don't want to make you uncomfortable, either! I would hate to do that, after all... I'm okay, really!" Bright smile later and she keeps eyes on that dress briefly before returning it ahead.

"Tea?"

"No no, you're perfectly fine! I know I can be a bit too energetic at times, heh... If you ever need me to tone things down for any reason, just let me know, okay?" Sweet smile was given now before she turns ahead once again, only to point shortly after at a two story home.

"There-- That's it!"

"I can bake things that aren't too sweet, too, if you'd like!" Glancing back, she notices a familiarity in that expression. She's seen it before.

With that, she ceases those bounces before attempting to soften herself some, though it did not slow tail any.

He can always ask her at any point! Even if she Were to catch feelings, it's not easy for her to flirt, especially if she's unsure of how the other would feel.

In any case, though, she's ever cheery at his response, happily turning on heels to practically bounce on ahead!

"Any current cravings?"

She's not, she just loves offering! Baking for others is her favorite thing to do, after all! Evident by that wagging tail and bright smile.

"Really? My home is nearby-- You're more than welcome to come along! I can bake a lot, so just tell me what you're craving and I'll get right to it!"

Perhaps it's due to the fact that one so masculine appearing would wear feminine type clothing. Not that she has an issue with it, but moreso because it's not often she sees one so comfortable like such. She'd love to get to know him more!

"No? How much later? I'd love to bake you something...!"

"I-It's not that-- I-I just don't want to make you uncomfortable... You seem wonderful, Shadow..." A timid smile on brims, tail slowed but still wagging behind her while hands held together in demure manner just below hips. She was such a sweet thing, after all!

"Were you...busy before I arrived?"

She understands that, actually. She's had such issues happen before, as well. If he needs her to tone it down, he need only ask and she'll do her best!

"Y-yes, I-I did... Should I not have...?" Back to timidity, feeling a bit sheepish as she slowly pulls hand back to herself.

"O-oh-- I mostly meant because of what you're wearing... It looks nice on you...! But I'm sure you can be pretty nice yourself, too!

I'm Mochi, nice to meet you!" Bright as ever as she takes his hand and shakes it gently.

"Hm?

Ah, no, sorry-- I-I just thought you looked very nice... Sometimes I just don't know how to speak up, heh..." Sheepish smile lay on brims as she glanced over timidly, cheeks warming a bit in the process while tail continued swishing back and forth.
