I think they should split it-- they should remain the Ruins Of Lordaeron, but be inhabited similar to the vanilla forsaken living mostly in ruins etc

Whereas the below Undercity we should see a weaving of the new forsaken style & the old scourge architecture the Undercity was built out of

Same excuse to make it bigger-- the forsaken have been shown to be inhabiting the ruins of lordaeron in the interim, could easily develop it a bit more (and make it physically bigger lol) above ground, while keeping & expanding the below ground portions

Make it feel properly Big and Sprawling
