Yes. But that is not what the rest of the thread is about. And you assumed we don’t know these religions - or their origins in two of the other three…

And now that Bahai have entered the discussion - their main tenets are that all religions are one, there is one God and one human race.
I happen to know about all those and have speakers from most in my classroom.
Or these guys?
Human conceptions of God and the particularistic notions of each religion do not change God. No, Jews do not worship humans or a trinity. Yes religious differences have caused untold millions of deaths. Those are human actions - actions attributed to a particular concept of God created by humans.
Hi. Not sure what authority Pastor Katie needs to state a well established theological fact. Same God. Jews, Christians and (have a seat) Muslims too! That is why they are the three Abrahamic Faiths.
This seemed particularly important since the majority of our families are well off so to have one child who couldn’t afford to eat would really stand out. I also teach middle schoolers and none of them have enough food ever. 🙄🤣
Makes perfect sense. We had a kid a couple years ago with severe food insecurity at home and we started keeping food in the classroom, but made it available to anyone who needed food so that that child would not feel singled out in having us provide food for him.
Seemed to be the right thing to use some of the gift card I got from the parents at my school to buy things for the classroom for your kiddos whose parents probably can’t afford to do such things. A little pay it forward. Good luck, math and science are not something I could teach.
@nancesea.bsky.social Hey, its my 10th year teaching. Being moved to teach 4th grade Math & Science for the 1st time. I'll have 50 something kiddos in a Title 1 school. I want learning to be an experience in my jungle room. Even a share helps. Thank you.

Yeah - the "money for buying dinner for her family" sounds like bullshit - who spends cash????
Seeing those in the Jewish community thinking that cozying up to the current administration will somehow save them from the obvious antisemitism happening and thought of this piece of writing about the Jews of Hungary who thought similarly...and mostly perished in Auschwitz.

Happy Easter
Can’t comment so reposting.
I came to this same conclusion after watching a season of Grubauer in the net for the Kraken. The focus required is not to be minimized.
Some voices can sing anything and we will listen to them long enough to make Mac and cheese…
As a Mariner’s fan - that is pretty cool to get to meet the Big Unit - sorry he had to take a ball to the head for it to happen.
Question - if it is a “skull” coin - what is the side that is not “heads”

I am also in the both camp. But I have 30+ pairs. If only one - the blue.
Five miles is amazing! Keep going!
Watching him right now on CNN tell his lies and trying not to throw something at the tv.
Happily shocked he is alive. Wondering why he isn’t on that plane home with the Senator.
As a mostly biracial penguin Government, we know a thing about targeted police raids. We recommend buying P25 capable scanners to pick up trunked/digitized police comms. ICE operates in 162-174 MHz range and utilizes less encrypted freqs when coordinating with other agencies. Uniden SDS100 is 💯
This is good news. But reporters, please stop just repeating that this task force has anything to do with stopping antisemitism. It is about closing universities and about fomenting antisemitism.

Just a reminder:

Happy Easter Joe.
Then all be afraid together and do something brave - that is what makes it brave - doing it even though you are afraid. Band together and give each other the courage to do something before it is too damn late to matter.
