Today is the anniversary of Bloody Sunday when Alabama state troopers attacked peaceful protesters starting a voting rights match to Montgomery. I always honor John Lewis. Today I am thinking of Jimmie Lee Jackson who was killed during a peaceful protest a couple of weeks prior to Bloody Sunday.
