Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.

It was so obvious what was going. When they said the tariffs would be postponed until Tuesday, I knew he would claim he did something wonderful so they're no longer necessary.

I absolutely love how quickly Canadians started placing signs in their businesses to discourage customers from buying any American products and I also love how Prime Minister Justin Trudeau specifically targeted Red States in retaliation. I love you Canada, I’m rooting for you.
