Can’t help, hot dogs just cost that much in this economy

These are all so fun! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
❤️
A frame from a comic showing 2 partial speech bubbles around a monochrome city landscape. Residential buildings 1-3 stories tall are built up a mountainside in the jungle. A small flock of birds flies overhead.
Still working too hard on a D&D minicomic, but I was pleasantly surprised at my little establishing shot of a residential area in a city.
I've been having entirely too much fun with monochrome lately. Makes me want to do linocut printing again.
Grandma would be decked out in Pride flag merch and ready to take you to meet Jesus in person if you didn’t respect their grandchild’s pronouns.
The teen’s face would rapidly cycle between, “Please Grandma, noooo,” and “I never thought I’d feel this loved and supported,” and it was so nice.
I used to live in Birmingham, AL, and one of my favorite lesser-known Bible Belt archetypes was, “Southern Grandma whose grandchild just came out as non-binary and they are so embarrassingly, aggressively supportive it’s terrifying (positive).”
This was a frequent occurrence. There wasn’t just one.
This is so cool! The lighthouse gives it a fantastic sense of scale.
I love her clothes, and the fact that you have so much lore behind the style is so fun.
MORE ROBOTS 🤖🤖🤖
Those look lovely!
These are great and so lively!
The rendering on the eyes and the ??????????? coming out of the mouth is so unsettling. It’s great!
If you were asked to translate Beowulf into modern English, how would you translate ‘Hwæt’?
All I want for my birthday today is for you to download and read my 🎉FREE🎉 zines I made entirely for my own entertainment.
Not quite as cool as getting one in person, but I figured I’d try this digital distribution method out.

🥹 Thank you! I’m totally aware they’re just my hyper-niche interest and don’t really have mass appeal. But I like seeing things people are excited about so I wanted to share mine too.

The water details are beautiful!
The sense of scale is so masterful! Really love the lightning too. Still learning how to paint that myself, haha!
Oh wow!!! So much fun to just get lost in this image.
In these stunning chromolithographs from 1851, Jean Baptiste Vérany realizes his ambition — to accurately render “the suppleness of the flesh, the grace of the contours, the transparency and the coloring” of cephalopods: publicdomainreview.org/collection/verany-cephal...
A photograph of a pile of zines on a green cutting mat. It’s titled “Can I show you some REALLY COOL ART I made of Flare, one of my D&D characters?” One is open to show a buff elf being assured that the owlin next to them is their friend, and information about Anghofus/“ANGIE”, her sentient sword that looks like it escaped FF7 on the PSX.
I made a 24 quarter page sized zine to barter with at a zine fest next month. Hopefully people are down for an artbook. 😅
I can’t believe it needed this many pages. 😵 I made more art than I thought!
Genuinely one of my favorite 3 panels of all time
A photograph of a small heeler/terrier mix dog lounging on a gray couch in the morning sun. Her body is mostly white with brown ears. She rests her head on her paws and looks off in the distance.
The simple joys of a sunlit couch.
How does anyone pick a font for anything.
I understand academically that there’s design principals, but in practice my eyes just glaze over and I feel like the most uncreative person in the world with no style whatsoever
Here goes nothing. See you in July I guess? artfight.net/~Thekubliest
Wow, the contrast is great! So much fun to just look at.
fucked up broken bluesky feed with VIBES CODED in Dark Souls III death screen font
webcomics are probably our only hope as a people, as a society
Maybe I’ll do Artfight this year and draw someone else’s character for a change.
…maybe.
