The Joshua Tree
Not proud that I know all the words to "We Didn't Start The Fire."
Me, watching the penultimate episode of "Pluribus" in 2032:
"Wait, didn't she ask if they'd give her one in like the third episode of season one?"
"Where The Streets Have No Name" & "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" (and "With Or Without You" is song #3).
A creative high point and commercial low point (at least in the U.S.). INXS didn't quite fit in with what was going on in rock in the early 90s, but this deserved a much better reception than it received. Still a good listen all these years later.
Assuming he'd want to have a conversation, I'd love the chance to chat with Bono for a few hours.

Came here to say this. I heard Flathead on an iPod commercial and tracked down "Costello Music" because of it. Been a huge fan ever since.
I'll second Bob Mould. He's been so good for so long and Husker Du was such an influence on many better-known bands. He should be huge and in the HOF.
Yep. I love me some rock & roll, but this is what leapt immediately to my mind.

Semisonic- Dan Wilson is a fantastic songwriter.
Disagree here. I prefer to stand when the band plays, but the crowd makes a collective decision about standing or sitting at various times. Even I don't agree, I respect that decision and try not to block the people behind me.
