Writing is funny because both my biggest brightest dream and stomach churning dread is having people read my book.

I like to use Notion. I can organise everything easily and I have it on my laptop and phone so it's always worth me. πŸ¦‹

There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done,
One is called yesterday,
The other is called tomorrow,
So today is the day to love, believe, do, and mostly live.

Yeah mine were the "does not play well with others" type as well. Unfortunately I lost mine a little while ago, my boy during Covid, and then my girl (his niece) last January. After that I couldn't think of getting any more for a while, it broke my heart. Now I work too much to have any more. ❀️

We do, I absolutely loved my two. I had a tan boy and a white girl. Your family look gorgeous. β€οΈπŸ€—

I sometimes use dictation in Google Docs. I can get nearly 2000 words an hour that way, the down side is going back through it and sorting out the punctuation. πŸ¦‹

Simple concise writing advice. "The best advice I ever received when writing and creating was: Don't give up. Don't give in. Keep writing." #amwriting The more you write, the better you get, and your writing from yesterday never looks the same way the next day. - Wrtr #author #writing #writer

I'm a plotter. I plot not only the chapters but the scenes in those chapters as well. This works great for me until about half way through when it all goes a bit 'Pirates of the Caribbean' (guidelines, not rules) and my characters start doing things I hadn't even thought about.

I have to hold my hand up and admit I am guilty of this also.

Hi, I found this a little while ago. I've never actually written anything using it but have spent far too much time playing around with it. It's not strictly SFF but it might give inspiration. www.novelcrafter.com/monthly-muse

Well done, I've been there myself. In fact there was a day last week I only managed 98 words. Those are hard days. πŸ€—
