Did you get to see Harley Quinn #48 of my run? The intention in that story was to show what a loving, strong couple Harley and Ivy are -- and I'll be returning to that theme after this current story arc. Like I said, I'd love to have Ivy in my book more, she's just been busy in her own book.

Wow, that's the first I've heard of DC not liking them as a couple -- every story meeting I have with my editors starts from the foundation that Harley and Ivy are in love and that the best stories make life difficult for them because we (and the readers) want them to be together so badly.

I'm working on a story now, though, that involves increasing the IQ (Ivy Quotient) of the book, and I hope you enjoy it when you see it.

I wasn't aware that it was advertised as "more Poison Ivy than ever". Can you tell me where you saw that? To be honest, I would love to have Ivy in my book more, but she has her own title that carries a different tone and whose internal timeline doesn't always line up with Harley's.

I would say that a beaver's dam and a bird's song are NOT naturally occurring, but things that are created with intention.

It's not a question of origin (whether natural or unnatural), but of intention. A human can intend to do something to provoke laughter, but evolution can not. If a dog does something knowing its owner will laugh at it, then the dog is capable of telling a joke, too.
