Length acceptability seems to depend on the genre - a huge tome for some types of book is the expected thing, but others the opposite 🤣
Interesting take on number is series. I always wrote 3, but then I did 2 series with 5. I think 3 again will be the next one.

As a reader, do you prefer series or standalone books or do you swap between the two?

I loved that one too! I really want to read it again now but trying to find it on my triple stacked bookcases is a nightmare! It might even be in one of the boxes in the garage 😫
