Bit of a hiatus, but work continues on my next port, it's coming along nicely, and it does things very differently from other games I've ported so it's been a fun learning experience. Here's the current progress for it, enjoy!

Box art for a Super Nintendo game called Ice Hockey, depicting 3 players, a large player on the left, a medium sized one in the middle, and a taller skinnier one on the right, all dressed in white and blue uniforms. The game is rated Kicks-Ass, has the Super NES Rumble Pad support icon, and the Rumbleminze logo of a beagle on the box.
A special extra port that I did over the last week or so. Ice Hockey! In honor of the double gold medal winning USA Men's and Women's hockey teams at the Olympics!
No big features here other than a bit of rumble support if you've got the LRG controller.

Happy Mario Day! Safe to say Mario has been in my gaming faves since the launch of the NES. Every new game is almost or is a day one purchase. To this day they remain some of my face titles to just fire up and play from the OG Super Mario Bros all the way up to the newest Wonder. #MAR10Day
Minami Taiheiyou Adventure clean artwork used on the cover of the NEC PC-88 release as well as for advertising. Image depicts a man holding a boat paddle, standing in front of a massive stone doorway intricately carved with a demonic motif with claws and large horned statues on both sides. On top a giant octopus can be seen with his tentacles swaying around, one of them being bitten by a giant dark lizard like creature. Some lightning bolts can be seen further back up top.

Was busy with the wife as it was her birthday but she does share the same birthday with The Legend of Zelda so happy 40th to #TheLegendofZelda, my favorite game franchise in all of video games.

Super Thunder Blade clean artwork by Yoshiaki Yoneshima used on the cover of the Mega Drive (PAL/JP) and Sega Genesis releases. Image depicts the military style helicopter used in the game, which is heavily inspired in Blue Thunder from the TV series (which in turn is a modified Aérospatiale SA-341G Gazelles) flying by with two more behind. On the background, a city landscape can be seen with high rise buildings and the sun shining behind. Below there are 3 Hind Ds on the left, flying over an exploding battleship on the sea and three tanks with explosions all around on the right side.
