I started eating smoked kingfish dip (and also other smoked fishes) in Florida over 40 years ago, and I'm still on the outlook for the best fish dip around. This one has Rasta sauce in it at the Ocean Deck on Daytona Beach. It's a good one, although Saltines > Tortilla Chips.
