anyway i gotta lay down cuz my migraine is coming back but hopefully i will have some art to share with yall soon and more piano practice!!!
my "workouts" right now are mostly getting my bday used to moving again and gaining more control over my body itself and just spending time walking outside. it's gonna be a very slow process but i'm really proud of myself for starting, i'm proud of myself for showing up and existing despite the pain
i'm feeling very hopeful about life/my personal future, even tho the current state of the world makes it difficult to have much hope and all that
started working out again and walking and eating better so i can gain weight again. i'm officially no longer classified as malnourished!

i have! i feed them every day and so far i have two ravens that come and 5 crows that come by regularly :) they still get spooked if i open the door when they’re out there but i’m workin on it!
