I only listened to a couple of minutes, because Jazz is terrible. But I think that it's only playing notes in the same key, so most will harmonise, and at a sedate pace. And when there is occasional clashes (eg, 7ths), that's infrequent enough to sound like Jazz, which uses lots of brief dissonance.
