... *decolonization*, but we make a very distinct argument in the book linking Eurocentrism & the rise of the Econ discipline very clearly to *capitalism*. In fact I'd agree with Cortés' critique of some decolonial strands & distance our book from that kind of argument.

Also, how did it take so many so long to peg Summers as a wrong'un? Already in 1991 he was trumpeting the economic logic of "dumping a load of toxic waste in the lowest wage country".

To be fair to the museum there is a section inside where they explain where oil comes from and it's explicitly pointed out that it does *not* come from dinosaurs lol
And gift shop just full of dinosaurs (??), science toys, "oil kid" T-shirts and somehow not a single one of the critical books on the oil industry from recent years. The playground's made of oil rigs and kids can put oil worker clothes on while they play. Getting them early! 😅
