Teaching statistics is all about the delivery. There's SO MUCH poor teaching of statistics because they fail to articulate the concept and throw a bunch of formulae instead. I'm an engineer, have dealt with a fair bit of statistics but wouldn't be able to teach it at all. I think you'd be great.
