It's been like over 15 years since I last read the novel version of L Change The World but I'm pretty sure L saw Misa's live show or sum? So she was alive and happy in that adaptation at least (I don't think her fate was mentioned in the movie version or may not be on-screen)

Maybe the Live-Action (the first adaptation with 2 movies plus L Change The World) is the best scenario tbh. Most of the cast is alive. Misa didn't pick self-deletion (like the manga, anime, and musical imply) L 'won' and stuff.
The only downside is the Shinigami CG LOLLLL

Anyway Light doesn't deserve his family bruhhhh I feel sorry for them in every adaptation ahdsakdhakalhdaskldha Especially his dad and the whole shinigami eye incident in the manga💀

the musical actually has fairly good end similar to the Live action since Light got deleted off the flat earth quick enough to cause more damage, but actually?????? At least L 'won' in the Live Action?????????? Here he probably had his name tarnished after the ending o-<-<

I was kinda thinking of Death Note and the many adaptations. Like, in some, since Light um, got deleted fairly fast, more people got to stay alive or live trauma-free (eg. his dad and Sayu) but I realized L and Rem never escape death in any of the adaptations...💀
