Tbh, I stopped wearing it for a few years until about 2 months ago. Maybe once or twice a week, but I’m trying to work on meeting new pups, so I’m starting to wear it more for things like photos and events

I’ve had some luck with a combo of finasteride and minoxidil, but never back to what it used to be. Filled in a decent amount over a year or so, but it’s a slow process
