I suspect the Pope sounds "woke" to many Christian conservatives because the US is steeped in prosperity theology, where the point of worship is to deliver health and wealth to believers. Thus, "feed the hungry" and "show mercy for the poor" sounds needlessly political and "woke."

Olive's Neighborhood Garden does wonderful work helping feed the hungry in our community. We had a fun time at their annual fundraiser, held at a great neighborhood establishment, Rabbits Bar.
We joined our neighbors this afternoon in standing up for democracy, letting people know that our Northwest Side community says #NoKings. The outpouring of support from those passing on the Kennedy below - honks, waves, and cheers - was a great reminder that no one is alone in this fight.

I suppose there is no fine print saying you can't walk the 10 miles in the first 4-5 hours with a casual beer and/or taco per mile, and then down the rest at a reasonable pace the rest of the day at the finish line...
A Chicago city block is 1/8 of a mile long, so to do this someone would only have to "run" less than four blocks per hour (if they utilized the full 24 hours).
(I suppose the rest depends on the ABV of the beer and the size of the tacos...)
