"Feels good" = getting to think more deeply about the user flow upfront, and iron out those kinks that become obvious once you start building the interface.

Hoping it will mean a more efficient workflow (less back and forth) and a better user facing product.

Started a new project this week. I usually start with the back end, the core of what it “does”, to know that I can get that working before hooking up to a UI.

This time I’m building the front end out fully before I touch the back. Feels good.

How do you organise your time when building full stack?

MRR is bullshit.

I could hit $100k MRR in a month if I wanted to.
But I don’t — because I can’t afford it.

How? I’d build an API that undercuts OpenAI’s by 20%, eat the cost difference, and boom — $100k MRR.

MRR means nothing unless you share your costs.

Ah, I assumed you could just wildcard for the whole hostname but had never tried. Good workaround if you're willing to accept the risk

Isn't this bypassing a security feature designed to protect your server for being used for free optimisation?

And couldn't you just use a wildcard in remotePatterns in next.config to achieve the same thing ?

I'd pay $9.99 per month for a whatsapp feature which prevents people sending me voicenotes

So I'm excited about the roadmap for a paid version if this gets some traction - adding a browser plugin and making it cross platform. Watch this space!

I'm sure a basic version of this feature will be added natively soon, but as I've been testing I've begun to realise the benefit of a more sophisticated solution, especially my attention is fragmented across different networks.

Have you implemented it ?
There is a spec and a roadmap in developer preview phase but nothing that can be plugged into without rolling your own...one of the challenges of a decentralised prototcol
