- finally had surgery earlier today to remove a cyst in my neck that was making sleep / general living really difficult 😭
- quit therapy for personal reasons, now im looking for one that my insurance covers

little update: haven't gotten any art done bc i was ill (and recovering from a broken rib) for basically all of january + february. plus i am still trying to push past the Sleep Curse! but at least i've been able to work on vocal synth things again :)

i just find it best for everyone if i step away for now bc otherwise i'm just posting ":( drawing hard wehh" every week. i've spent too much time complaining to the internet and close friends and not enough time focusing on improving myself. i need to actually act my age.

(a bit of context bc i've probably deleted past posts: most of the time i attempt to draw i get so stressed and dissociated that i end up falling asleep. my therapist and i haven't been able to pinpoint exactly how this started but she suggested i try my best to push through it.)

muting servers i'm in and logging out (for the most part) to focus on improving my art + mental health. i'll still answer discord dms i just need to step away from social media so i can actually focus on drawing. still not on adhd meds but i'll try my best.
